Glassing a surfboard is where all the hard work comes together. You can do all the right things up to glassing and then spoil the surfboard by taking shortcuts or using sub standard materials. We do not understand why many companies cut corners here, going cheap instead of quality, or thinning their resins to make them spread further. All this does is make the surfboard weaker. Their pinching pennies comes at a cost to you – a weaker surfboard. We believe this is unforgivable.

We only use the best products we can get our hands on. In our opinion, this is Bay Mills for resins and Great White for the fabric. Using the best products means that the glassing will come out clearest and the surface of your surfboard will be the strongest it can be. We do not take short-cuts with this part of the shaping process, we do not cut costs, we simply glass your surfboard as professionally and as well as we can.
